Nunalo is a gardening brand owned and operated by Jiangxi Xiaobu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “Nunalo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jiangxi Xiaobu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us regarding our products or services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced in them.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to use our website or place an order.

If you use our website or place an order on behalf of a company, organization, farm, retailer, distributor, or other business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Nunalo primarily sells weed barrier fabrics and related gardening products, including:

Our non-woven weed barrier products are primarily made from polypropylene, UV-resistant components, and polymer-based water-permeable materials.

4. Product Images and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, specifications, and other information accurately.

However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:

• Manufacturing tolerances
• Material batches
• Cutting, folding, or packaging methods
• Updates made to improve a product

Minor differences that do not materially affect the normal use or function of a product will not automatically be considered a defect.

Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Any tolerance stated on the product page will form part of the product description.

5. Product Service Life

Certain Nunalo non-woven weed barrier products are designed for an approximate service life of up to two years under normal outdoor use and correct installation conditions.

This estimated service life is not a guarantee that every product will last exactly two years. Actual durability may vary depending on:

• Intensity and duration of sunlight exposure
• Local climate and temperature
• Rain, snow, wind, frost, and other weather conditions
• Soil acidity, moisture, and ground conditions
• Installation method
• Whether the fabric is covered with mulch, gravel, soil, or other material
• Foot traffic, equipment, animals, and mechanical damage
• Frequency and method of use
• Storage conditions before installation

Damage caused by incorrect installation, cutting, dragging, excessive tension, sharp objects, chemicals, fire, machinery, animals, extreme weather, or use outside the product’s intended purpose may not qualify as a product defect.

6. Product Use and Installation

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, thickness, color, hole layout, and installation method for their intended use.

Weed barrier fabric should be installed according to the instructions provided with the product or on our website. Installation conditions vary, and results may depend on soil preparation, overlap, anchoring, planting method, local climate, and weed type.

Nunalo products are intended to help suppress weed growth and organize planting areas. We do not guarantee complete or permanent elimination of every type of weed.

Customers should use appropriate personal protective equipment and tools when cutting, installing, securing, or removing garden materials.

7. Orders

An order submitted through our website is an offer to purchase the products listed in the order.

Receiving an order confirmation email does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may review the order for payment authorization, inventory availability, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.

An order is generally accepted when payment has been approved and the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable
• The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported
• Payment cannot be verified or authorized
• We identify a pricing, inventory, or product information error
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
• The order violates applicable law or these Terms
• An unusually large quantity appears intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.

If you identify an error after placing an order, contact service@nunalo.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from a refund or charged to the customer where permitted by law.

9. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed
• Discounts may exclude certain products or shipping charges

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, a technical error, or an obvious pricing mistake.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of:

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email or through the order status page.

13. Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspections, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported into and used in the destination country.

We are not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, or additional costs resulting from local import laws, provided that we accurately described and shipped the ordered products.

14. Delivery Problems

Contact service@nunalo.com promptly if your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item.

We may request:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the product and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
• A description of the issue
• Confirmation of your delivery address
• Information requested by the carrier

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

15. Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation by contacting service@nunalo.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

If the order has already shipped, it will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

16. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, eligibility conditions, return shipping costs, and applicable time limits are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an eligible product for personal reasons or buyer’s remorse
• Returned products must meet the eligibility conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy
• If a confirmed product defect or fulfillment error is our responsibility, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate solution without charging the customer replacement shipping costs
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. One-Year Product Quality Warranty

Where stated on the relevant product page or warranty policy, eligible Nunalo products may include a one-year limited quality warranty beginning from the date of delivery.

The warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing or material defects under normal use and correct installation. It does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic changes, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, extreme weather, animal damage, chemical damage, or use outside the intended application.

The one-year quality warranty is separate from any satisfaction guarantee, return period, or statutory consumer right.

18. Wholesale and Business Inquiries

Businesses may contact our wholesale team through the WhatsApp contact method displayed on our Contact Us page.

Wholesale discussions may include:

• Bulk orders
• Custom sizes
• Custom colors
• Custom planting-hole arrangements
• Private-label packaging
• Samples
• OEM or ODM projects
• Distributor or long-term supply cooperation

Messages, quotations, estimated prices, samples, discussions, or preliminary proposals sent through WhatsApp do not create a binding supply agreement unless the relevant specifications, price, quantity, delivery terms, payment terms, and other conditions have been confirmed in a written quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other written document accepted by both parties.

Retail website prices, promotions, shipping terms, and return conditions may not apply to wholesale or customized orders.

Customized, private-label, or made-to-order products may be non-returnable except where defective, incorrectly manufactured, or otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant written agreement.

19. Website Accounts

If account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, unauthorized resale, interference with our website, or violation of these Terms.

You may view and use our website for personal shopping or legitimate commercial inquiry purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any trademark, patent, copyright, design, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.

22. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it
• The content is accurate and relates to your genuine experience

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products, manage checkout, and process store activity.

Your use of certain checkout, account, or payment features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

26. Errors and Availability

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express product warranty, statutory warranty, or consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nunalo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, crop losses, or loss of data, arising from the use of our website or products.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters protected by mandatory law.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to a retail order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Separate liability terms may apply to wholesale, customized, OEM, ODM, or private-label orders under the relevant written business agreement.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Nunalo for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your:

• Unlawful use of our website
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of another party’s rights
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity

This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer protection law.

30. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Fire, flood, epidemic, or public health emergency
• War, civil unrest, sanctions, or government action
• Customs restrictions
• Carrier or port disruption
• Labor disputes
• Power, internet, or telecommunications failures

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and complete affected obligations when reasonably possible.

34. Dispute Resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, please contact service@nunalo.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or our retail services will be submitted to the competent courts located in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, China.

Wholesale and customized orders may be governed by separate jurisdiction, arbitration, or dispute-resolution terms stated in the relevant written agreement.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

36. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and any other policy expressly referenced at checkout, form the agreement between you and Nunalo regarding use of our website and retail services.

Separate written terms may apply to wholesale, private-label, customized, OEM, or ODM transactions.
